WHISTLEBLOWING REPORTS
Legislative Decree no. 24 of 10 March 2023 implemented in Italy the European Directive 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council relating to the protection of people who report violations of European Union law. Pisamover SpA has adopted its own Organizational Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, therefore, reports may concern illicit conduct relevant to this regulation or violations of the Model itself. The identity of the person making the report will be protected and each report will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and seriousness.
